Fathers Day Crepes

I asked Chris if he wanted me to make him anything special today and he asked for Crepes.
Crepe Batter
1 Cup of Flour
1 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
Whisk Flour, Egg and salt first then gradually add the Milk and Water. Stir until batter is smooth.
Filling
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Ricotta
3 Tbs of Powdered Sugar
Couple drops of Vanilla
Mix Everything together until smooth and creamy .
Lightly grease a non stick pan with some butter spread a thin amount of crepe batter to cover the pan. Lightly brown crepe on one side then flip and do the same on the other. These cook really quick! Spread the filling in the middle of the crepe and fold both sides over the filling. Flip over on plate so seam is facing down then sprinkle with Powdered Sugar and top with Sliced Strawberries and Whip Cream.
