Penelope's lunch in her Easy Lunchbox yesterday was just a mish mash of things I put together. She loved everything!

Crackers, smoked ham, American cheese, snow peas, cucumbers, ranch for dipping, Kalamata olives, mini shortbread cookies, and a  piece of wild berry fruit leather shaped into a star.
