We had leftover salmon from the other night so I made some salmon pasta salad for lunch today.
Tri-Color Rotini
Leftover Salmon
Chopped Cucumber
Dressing
Mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
Pickle Juice
Minced Garlic
Onion Powder
Cajun Seasoning
S&P
Cook the pasta and drain. Flake the salmon and add to the pasta along with the chopped cucumber. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing then pour over the pasta and stir. I didn't measure anything so this really depends on how much your making and your tastes.
