I know I have been slacking on Penelope's lunches. I promise you she has been eating! :) Penelope starts soccer tomorrow. She will have practice Tuesday's and Thursday's for the next couple of months so we switched her school days to Monday's and Wednesday's which means we will be taking a break from Muffin Tin Monday's unless I buy a muffin tin with a lid...hmmm OK nix that we will be back next Monday with a muffin tin lunch.
