I promise you I have not been starving Penelope the last few days. I have just been either too busy running around to post or simply forgot to take a picture of her lunch. Here is today's bento...I made her a Gingerbread Man shaped sandwich with Salami, Pepperoni and Mozzarella Cheese, some Dried Cranberries, Black Olives and diced Red Pear. I used an olive for the eyes and tomato for the buttons. How festive! :) Penelope loves olives and those were the first to go.
