Happy 2009!!! Hope everyone had a good New Years Eve. We were invited to the neighbors for a party they have every year. It was a potluck so I made some Crab Rangoons and something similar to the Buffalo Blasts you can get at The Cheesecake Factory. Those things are so good! Everyone loved the Crab Rangoons and they are really easy to make. You just mix some cream cheese with crab and sugar place a spoonful in the center of a wonton wrapper fold and fry. Simple! My version of Buffalo Blasts had a filling of chicken, cheddar cheese and Buffalo sauce.
