Last night we had London Broil for dinner and this is what I made with our leftovers for lunch today. Nom Nom Nom...
London Broil Grilled Cheese w/ Mushrooms
Strips of London Broil or other steak sliced thin
Baby Bella mushrooms
2 Slices of Provolone cheese per sandwich
Sourdough bread
Mayonnaise
In a pan fry up the steak along with the mushrooms in a little olive oil. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning and salt and pepper. Spread the outside of the sourdough slices with mayo. Top one un-mayo'd side of bread with steak and mushrooms and 2 slices of Provolone cheese. Cover with the other slice of bread mayo side out. In a pan cook the sandwich up until both sides are browned and crisp and cheese is melted.
