"Walk-A-Moleh"
September 05, 2009I made some Guacamole with my Serrano peppers yesterday and we had steak tacos for dinner. The peppers were not very spicy but it still came out tasty anyway. Here's a recipe for what Chris calls the best Guacamole he has ever had.
1 Avocado
1/2 Tomato
1 Serrano Pepper
1 Green Onion
Bunch of Cilantro
Squirt of Lime Juice
Mash up the avocado but still leave it a little chunky. Chop of the veggies and add to the avocado. Mix and end with a squirt of lime. Double or triple the recipe if you want to make a bigger batch. Guacamole doesn't sit well for long before it starts turning brown and then black and icky so try to make it right before you are going to eat it and only as much as you can finish. Yum!

You forgot to put some garlic. Next time you make it add 2 cloves diced and you'll have the best guacamole. I've been doing it for 40 years the same as you. If your out of limes try lemons.
