She had a turkey, cheddar cheese, tomato and lettuce bunny shaped sandwich, carrot sticks, green apples, a hard boiled egg, some egg and butterfly shaped crackers and an egg shaped rice crispy treat with jelly beans.

Penelope has made a new friend. She can't stop talking about Coren (not sure if that is spelled right). He is a few months younger then she is and oh so cute and he is all she talks about lately. The other morning when I dropped her off at school as soon as she stepped into the classroom Coren says, "good morning Penelope" and then Penelope ran up to him and they gave each other a hug it was the cutest thing. Then today after lunch they were both sitting on the couch reading a book together and Penelope had her head rested on his shoulder. So sweet! The sad thing is that Coren and his family will be moving in about a week. Poor Penelope her first friend in Alaska and he is leaving. On a good note she is starting to remember the other kids names now so I know it won't be long before she makes another little friend.
