Italian Pasta Salad

1 lb. Cavatappi cooked
1 6oz. can black olives sliced in half
Sopressata diced in small pieces
Prosciutto diced in small pieces
Asiago cheese diced in small pieces
Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbs. Italian seasoning
1 tbs. grated Parmesan
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix the salad ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate. In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve cold.
